EMI/RFI filter manufacturer Fil-Coil Inc. has announced the release of a 1200A 3-phase electromagnetic pulse/high altitude electromagnetic pulse filter to withstand pulses under MIL-STD-188-125-1 tests.

According to the company, the newest FCULN-4×1200 HEMP filter features a voltage rating of 277/480VAC, an operating frequency of 50-60HZ and a dielectric withstanding voltage of 2500VDC. The new filter has a current overload capability of 140 percent overload for 15 minutes and an insertion loss of more than 100dB from 14kHz to 1GHz.

The FCULN-4×1200 HEMP filter is UL 1283, MIL-F-220A and MIL-F-15733 approved and compliant to ISO-9001, ITAR and RoHS and MIL standards.
